Why Rouge Catering
Since 2007, Rouge has grown and evolved alongside the events we create. What started in Baltimore has become an experienced team of chefs, event professionals, and hospitality talent serving events throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia. Over the years, we’ve continued to raise the bar—bringing in new talent, evolving our menus, and refining how we plan and execute events. What hasn’t changed is our focus on great food, great service, and getting the details right.

Rouge was founded by Chef Jonathan Soudry with a vision to bring the creativity, quality, and standards of a high-end restaurant to catered events. Nearly two decades later, that vision continues to shape who we are.
Today, Managing Partners Celeste Bendetti, Jeremy Silver & Lisa Soudry lead a team of nearly 200 full-time professionals—from talented chefs and experienced Event Managers to a dedicated service and operations team. Together, they continue to evolve Rouge with new ideas, exceptional talent, and a shared commitment to great food, genuine hospitality, and events executed at the highest level.
What We Do
We make events happen—and make them look easy. From weddings and milestone celebrations to corporate events and large-scale galas, Rouge brings together great food, creative menus, thoughtful planning, and a seriously talented team to pull it all off.
Our chefs cook on-site, our Event Managers stay on top of every detail, and our service team makes sure the experience feels as good as it looks. From the menu and bar to rentals, timing, and everything in between, we bring the people and experience to make it all come together.
