Catering Sales & Event Management

ROUGE Fine Catering is always looking for talented people to add to our Catering Sales and Event Management team. The ideal candidate is a well-organized self-starter with experience in the food industry and the etiquette of fine dining.

This is an ideal opportunity for a restaurant manager or college graduate with restaurant experience and good verbal and writing skills, who is ready to step up their career! This person will be responsible for every aspect of event coordination from the first phone call to the execution of the event, this includes: all client correspondence, menu planning/tasting with chef, managing event staff, vendor coordination, and organizing all other arrangements as they relate to the function.

Training for this position is also available for a knowledgeable food professional ready to make their mark and establish themselves as a leader in the catering industry.

Servers & Bartenders

Interested in a flexible work schedule? ROUGE is always looking for part-time/on-call experienced bartenders and wait staff. Ideal candidates should be able to multi-task and have stellar customer service/communication skills with a professional appearance.
