“I would highly recommend Rouge Catering for weddings!! We were pretty picky about food...we wanted everything to be local and organic, and we didn't want the "standard wedding" menu. Wendy, Martha and Jonathan were so flexible and really worked with us to help us realize our vision for our wedding. But most importantly, the food was AMAZING!! We had so many guests comment on it, saying that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Another thing I really appreciated about the Rouge team was the fact that they didn't see their responsibility as ending with food/drink. Wendy and Martha helped me design the decor; pick out linens, decorations, flowers etc. They handled a lot of the little details for us, almost acting more like wedding planners, not just caterers. And they were so great the day of the wedding. They kept the timeline we made on track, made sure we ate, dealt with other vendors (tent rental, music, etc.), and just generally took care of all the little details so we could relax and enjoy the day.
